This extension looks for an open tab to http://yoke.io, and synchronizes links from its cards and items to your Chrome bookmarks.

This Chrome extension automatically bookmarks the cards and items that you are tracking in Yoke. Yoke is a service that tracks activity across your cloud accounts to help you save time and stay on top of things. With 35+ integrations and 100+ card templates, Yoke helps you get the full picture of your work, and execute without distractions. 

For instance, you can install this extension to automatically bookmark your articles in Pocket, your stories in Pivotal Tracker, your tickets in Zendesk and so on. You can select these bookmarks from a new tab, or just search for them in the address bar.
