When to Post on Reddit requires two permissions. The first one is access your active tab when you click on the extension. This is needed to figure out the name of the subreddit before analysing it. The other permission needed is storage. This permission is needed to allow you to customize the settings. To improve the analysis you can example change the extension to analyze 1000 top posts instead of the default 500 top posts.
