Adds answer-sorting and other features to Quora.
On Quora answer pages:
* Adds a dropdown that lets you sort loaded answers by "magic" (the default), votes, or date.
* Adds a "Show All" button that causes all answers to be loaded. (should be pressed before sorting to ensure that all answers are accessible for sorting)
