Watch videos while you work with a floating, popout window. This extension requires you change some chrome flags.

This experimental Chrome feature allows you to have a video that float and stays on top of all other windows. Now you can watch the game while you work. Or, watch an instructional video while you follow along.
Because it uses a Chrome feature that is still considered experimental, you must manually enable it using 3 easy steps.
