This extension is not officially supported by Slack and is not listed in the Slack App Directory. Your data - including messages, files, and profile information for all workspace members - may be exposed to the developer, so understand the risks before installation.

Taut is a small extension that lets you improve your Slack Experience.

It lets you:

* Generate hangout links by writing "hangout @someone" or "hangout topic"
* Mute users
* Use markdown links (visible for everybody on the team)
* Show the number of unread messages on the current channel in the title bar
* Show the number of unread messages on the current channel in the favicon
* Move the reactions to the right of the message
* Send thread message to channel by default
* Disable google drive previews
* Disable all the url previews
* Hide status emojis
* Avoid opening Slack links on the app
* Move the sidebar to the right

The entire thing is open source, so feel free to contribute more tweaks!
