This extension adds some awesome features to twitter.com the following list shows the currently Implemented features:

Follow @KhaledLabs/@TareemExtender(English)  on twitter for updates

1- Old School Retweet style [v1.1]: You can retweet a tweet with the old "RT" style by clicking on "RT" link.
2- Direct Message: you can send a direct message easily by clicking on "DM" link.
3- Highlight your mentions in timeline [v1.3.3].
4- URL Shorten Service (by @developar) [v1.4] 
5- Hide Mentions? (Allow you when viewing a twitter user profile to hide the mentions in order to view the public tweets ) [v2.0.4]
6- auto switch direction when tweet in Arabic [v3.2.0].
7 - Integration with (http://longtweetsplitter.com) to submit long tweets  [v2.0.7]
