Fast and easy to use JavaScript blocker
SYBU JavaScript Blocker is a Google Chrome Extension to quickly block JavaScript files from being loaded by the browser.
It has been designed to be easy to use. You can specify a single filename, domain name, or any part of the URL. The design principle is to block specific JavaScript for all websites without the need to manage individual sites.
For example, is you specify:
1) analytics - this will block JavaScript files for all websites that contains 'analytics' as part or URL
2) www.trackersite.com - this will block all JavaScript files from domain 'www.trackersite.com' for all websites
Specific domains can also be set as good or bad sites and will then either always allow or always block scripts.
The extension can also detect and block service workers that may be created by some websites.
Out of the box it will already block 3rd party scripts (scripts the the website request that are originating from other servers), these are typically trackers, beacons and analytics.
