Adds a button to the Scratch website that installs ScratchExt.
This extension adds 2 buttons to the Scratch website that install ScratchExt.
One is in the navbar, and the other is in the editor near the file button.
They are both red so you should see them xP

This eleminates the need to click the bookmarklet.
