Spent time store into cookies
In case of page refresh or automatic logout => Spent time does not lost

- Timer starts automatically, when you click on edit inside an issue
- Add 3 buttons (add 1 minute, add 5 minutes, add 10 minutes) to increment your spent time manually

If you remove this line from Redmine source code, this extension will stop working
