Readable is very powerful, use your imagination, it can do many things, for example:

3. Translate web page

How to use?
1. Install the extension
2. Pin the extension
3. Open the options page and add the site rule. (If you just want to read Medium articles, just keep the Example002 rule)
4. Open the URL of the medium article you want to read
5. Click the "Readable" icon
