This app will coach you through good workouts!
Simply start a workout, turn up the volume and Petra will tell you what exercise to do and for how long via the speakers.
Petra has a built in timer and comes with a few pre-programmed workouts, including the popular "7 Minute Workout", a core workout and a leg workout. More workouts will be added as time goes by.
You can also create your own workouts with your own exercises, simply give your workout a name and write a comma or dot separated list of exercises at the bottom and your good to go!

Now Petra will also tell you the half time, allowing you to switch from one side to another if you need.
Petra has three types of workouts, double workout, single workout and stretching.
The double workout is the longest and most intense program:
1 First exercise for 45 seconds
2 Second exercise for 45 seconds
3 The first exercise again for 30 seconds
4 The second exercise again for 30 seconds
5 Then a pause for 15 seconds
Then the next set starts with the third and fourth exercises...
The single workout is slightly shorter:
1 First exercise for 30 seconds
2 Pause for 10 seconds
Then the next exercise...
The stretching program is the fastest.
1 First stretching exercise for 20 seconds
Then the next stretch exercise without any pause.
