After Netflix replaced the rating system with a "match" system, there is no way to see current reviews of shows and movies. This extension adds Rotten Tomatoes, IMDB, and Metacritic ratings for Netflix media.
After version 0.0.3, you can also leave your own 5-star reviews and see the average user reviews for movies and shows.
