This tool uses EPSS data from AHRQ to determine wellness exams MicroHealth employees should talk to their health provider about.
MicroHealth Wellness was designed for MicroHealth employees to help determine what wellness exams they should discuss with their health provider. The data is powered by AHRQ ePSS which identifies appropriate clinical preventive services given age, gender and risk. You are more than welcome to use this application however it was designed for internal use at MicroHealth therefore support will be limited. The content is NOT intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have about a medical condition.
