Powered by Nouns DAO, the Move It extension provides you with a random brain break and exercise to complete. Simply add the Move It extension to your browser, set the notification interval, and your screen will display a randomly-selected activity for you to engage in. Once you've completed the activity, click "done," and the next one will appear after the specified interval elapses.

To remove the 'Move It' extension from your Chrome browser, right-click on the extension and select 'Remove from Chrome.'
