You need iPhone application installed in your device. Application can be found in App Store http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/i-pusher/id421614227?mt=8&ls=1
After install extension and iPhone application just go to a page in the browser and click the extension icon - link to this page immediately appears in the application. You can select some text on the page and click extension icon - that is a text in application. If link is target to the image (jpeg, png or gif) - it will be loaded to your device.
