Adds advanced labels management and other functionality to GitHub.
DEPRECATED! You can now use the vanilla version of GitHub Projects Plus for GitHub Enterprise hosted on domains other than GitHub.com!!

Augments functionality of GitHub with:
1) Adds "@special" labels to issues to be used as work-flow tags
(See "?" icon above the new label input for more info)
2) Adds "#type" labels to issues to be used as quick grouping tags
(See "?" icon above the new label input for more info)
3) Adds a "New issue" button to the projects page
