displays average votes and lets users vote for the quality of caches on geocaching.com
GCVote adds new controls to the pages of geocaching.com. It allows you to rate the quality of a cache and displays the average of other people's votes. This works in most of the lists and also on the map, where it adds a button to load and display ratings. Everybody can see the ratings, but only registered users may vote.
