插件简介
This tool aims at giving Google Apps Administrators easy links to essential troubleshooting tools and to Revevol Support Platform.
GApps Tools for Admin (aka GATA) provides you a quick access to :
- Known issues for Google Apps
- Header analyzer to analyse email routes
- Browser info to get relevant information from
- Log analyzer to check the logs of the Google Products
- Encode / Decode this can be used to urlencode or urldecode text. It also give you access to MD5 Hash and Base64 encode decode tools.
With GATA you can directly enter your domain to check if your DNS records are correcly set up for Google Apps.
In case of slowness or issue with Goole Tools you will have access quickly to the status dashboard of Goole Apps and Google Apps script.
For the Revevol Clients you have a quick access to open tickets for Google Apps Support to Revevol Support Team and check the status of your pending requests.
