Let your browser become faster by freeing unused resources.
A very light and fast extension to reduce your browser resources consumption. Tabs, that use a lot of memory and cpu, which are not used (or even hidden) will be suspended, freeing up the memory and CPU.
- Whitelist urls or domains that you don't want to suspend
- Optionally show screenshot of the tab before it was suspended
- Seriously improves performance when restarting chrome with a large number of open tabs
- Prevent tabs playing audio or video and contain forms from suspending
- Configurable behavior when browsing on battery power

ABOUT PERMISSIONS
This extension requests the following permissions:
- Read and change all your data on the websites that you visit. This is necessary to detect tabs that contain unsaved form input or audio/video. This enables the extension to prevent these tabs from suspending automatically.
- Read and change your browsing history. This is necessary to keep the extension from creating redundant items in the users history when suspending tabs.
