Launch Youtube video in Always On Top for YouTube™.

Extension created to facilitate access to the app "Always On Top for YouTube ™" (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/mhlhpnnkggabcgkpblgcljghnmjjnkfl).

When you open a video on YouTube an icon will be displayed discreetly in the address bar. Clicking this link will open an app "Always On Top ™ for YouTube" in the bottom right corner of your screen with the video.
