Dynamsoft Barcode & Ocr Tool from www.dynamsoft.com. In this extension, you can scan document(only in chrome os), capture from camera, use basic image editing, read barcodes and ocr a document. About ocr, this tool only supports the English and the txt output for now (Dynamsoft DDC supports lots of languages, many output formats, and more features about ocr).
