Shows a DOM indicator that the subreddit currently being views allows/bans tipping
Displays a small floating notification to inform you if the subreddit you are currently browsing allows dogetipping.
The notification minimizes itself on screen once scrolling begins to get out of your way while still providing a helpful hint!
Subreddit allowed/banned list is pulled from www.reddit.com/r/dogecoin/wiki/other_subreddit_tipping
