Here’s how to turn on Dark Mode for YouTube in Chrome:

Install the Turn Off the Lights Browser Extension, which is available for both Chrome and Firefox. The free version of the extension will give you access to basic features, but if you want more advanced options, you’ll have to pay for a premium license.

After installing the browser extension, go to YouTube and click on the Turn Off the Lights icon next to your URL bar. A pop-up window will appear, where you can enable Night Mode (which turns your background black). And that’s all there is to it!

What is dark mode?

Dark mode is a setting in the extension on a website that changes the color scheme to display mostly black and white. The goal of this setting is to reduce the amount of light emitted from your computer screen, which can help you sleep better. The idea is that less light shining into your eyes will make it easier for you to fall asleep after looking at your phone or computer before bed.

Step 2: Turn on dark mode in Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, Amazon, Gmail, Twitter, Google doc

Once installed, open any website and click the Turn Off the Lights icon on your browser's toolbar to turn on dark mode. The icon is displayed to the right of your address bar.
