Press F8 To Fix Layout (RU/EN)

Perfect simple way to Correct Layout accidentally typed in wrong Language.

Works with EN_US <> RU_RU. Support for more languages will be added after the framework is done.

You can make a suggestion if it's not listed in planned features.
