'Boo2Ba' or Bookmarks to Basecamp lets you save bookmarks directly into any Basecamp project, using CTRL-SHIFT-Y.

"Boo2Ba" or Bookmarks to Basecamp is compatible with with Basecamp and Basecamp Classic. Now you can utilize your Basecamp projects as a true cloud storage to save bookmarks that are essential to project knowledge.

(Note: there is a seperate Chrome extension for each, and only one extension can be used at a time.)
