Enhances the deck-building features of draft.bestiaire.org with casting-cost sorting, easier selecting. Loads data from mtgjson.com.
Features:
* Toggle between mana cost and Color sorting for pool and/or deck (click on "Color"/"CMC")
* Split creatures from non-creatures
* Easier land adding by clicking on mana-icons
* Live counts for total deck (creatures, other and land) and per CMC/Color
* Condensed view so all cards can be viewed
